As a recruiter with Momentum, Julia works on the candidate side of placements. Her focus is on screening, sourcing, interviewing, and checking references and generally assisting our Search Directors in any other way necessary to help ensure a successful placement. Julia is passionate about people and has experience placing paralegals, legal secretaries, firm administrators, billing clerks, and other types of legal staff for law firms and in-house legal departments throughout Texas.
Julia began her career in the field of education and has over two decades of experience teaching students and building relationships within her school community. After time in the classroom, Julia transitioned into the sales and marketing world. She was a top Master Sales Agent for Red Ventures for four consecutive years. She was also promoted to Digital Marketing Analyst running strategy and marketing of a multi-million-dollar business. Julia brings all of those skills to her recruiting job at Momentum and is excited about her career as a legal recruiter.
Julia lives with her husband and two daughters and is an avid gardener who loves to spend most of her time outdoors hiking, paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, and soaking in the sun!
