San Antonio - V.P. Compliance for Healthcare Company       

We have an exclusive search for a privately-held healthcare system that’s seeking a V.P. of Compliance/ Risk Manager for their San Antonio location.  This growing company has a low turnover and opportunities for advancement.    This position will be responsible for all quality management and risk programs, regulatory compliance, and privacy issues, as well as oversee its compliance programs and accreditation standards.  It requires at least 7 years experience in risk management or quality management; a J.D. is not required but is acceptable; and prior healthcare compliance experience is strongly preferred.  The compensation package is competitive and the position will report to the CCO.  Please reference position 3148.

Houston - AGC for Environmental 

Our client, a publicly-held company in the energy industry is seeking an attorney with at least 5 years’ experience  with environmental laws and regulations in air, water and/or waste.  The position will provide compliance counseling and advice to internal clients on administrative, civil, and criminal enforcement matters as well as remediation/Superfund issues.  Very competitive base pay with ample opportunities for advancement.  Qualified candidates will have prior experience in the Environmental Group of a large law firm and a solid academic record.  Please reference position 3138.

Dallas - Alternative Career for an Oil and Gas Lawyer   

If you have at least five years of transactional experience in any area related to energy law (oil and gas, upstream, midstream/pipeline, renewable energy, oilfield services, or corporate transactions) and are interested in using your legal experience  in a non-legal role, then we have an interesting and non-traditional opportunity for you.   Salary in the low $100s with benefits, with the opportunity to work remotely.  This position could also be based in Houston or Austin.   Please reference position 3147.
