Allison is a native Texan, originally from the Houston area. She relocated to Austin in 1999 and has been working in legal recruiting ever since. Close to twenty-five years later, Allison is still going strong and is passionate about helping clients and candidates find a great match. Allison is a consummate professional who works tirelessly to try and fill every search she’s engaged on, she recruits attorneys, paralegals, human resource managers, legal accounting, IT, marketing, and legal support staff for law firms and in-house legal departments, all on a direct hire, temporary, and temp to perm basis. In addition, Allison has extensive experience staffing legal document reviews on both a national and local level and with both English speakers and those fluent in foreign languages.
Allison has been a top performer in every recruiting firm she’s been with, and she has especially enjoyed being with Momentum for over ten years. She is active in and enjoyed many Austin legal networking and professional groups such as the Austin Legal Administrators Association (ALA), Women of Wind Energy, Capital Area Paralegals Association (CAPA), Austin Legal Professionals Association (ALPA), and the Women in e-Discovery, where she was the former board secretary.
Allison is also very engaged in her high school son’s and elementary age daughter’s sports and extracurricular activities, and volunteers at their schools. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, garden, do Pilates, and spend quality time with friends and family around her pool.
