Momentum is a proud member of the National Association of Legal Consultants (NALSC), a professional organization dedicated to creating and enforcing a code of ethics for the legal recruiting professional. One of our founders and principals, Jane Pollard, is on the NALSC board of directors and currently serves as its Secretary. Two prior principals at Momentum also served on the NALSC board during their tenures with Momentum.
Members of NALSC are required to abide by the NALSC Code of ethics, which governs members’ relations with employers, relations with candidates, and relations among members.
