Max is based in Dallas and focuses on partner and associate placements within the Texas market, with a particular emphasis on Dallas and other major legal hubs across the state. He works closely with AmLaw firms, regional firms, and boutique practices to help them strategically grow in one of the most competitive and dynamic legal markets in the country.
Prior to joining Momentum Search Partners, Max practiced law and later transitioned into legal recruiting, where he has focused on building long-term relationships with both law firms and attorneys. His recruiting work spans Corporate/M&A, Energy and Renewables, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Litigation, with a strong concentration on Texas-based practices. Max is particularly passionate about helping firms strengthen their presence in Dallas and assisting attorneys in making thoughtful, strategic career moves within the Texas market. His background as a practicing attorney allows him to understand both the business and professional considerations that drive lateral hiring decisions.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Max works with clients and candidates across Texas and nationally, while remaining deeply connected to the Dallas legal community. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, padel, golf, fitness training, travel, and spending time with his family.
