IP Licensing/ Transactional Attorney (Austin)
A critical member of the Intellectual Property Law team, we are looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of technology licensing experience. This new hire should have experience working with various engineering and business organizations in the negotiation, drafting and approval of technology-related transactions, including in particular technology in-licenses and out-licenses, and technology development agreements. Reporting to the Senior Director responsible for technology transactions, this position requires an individual with strong negotiation, contract drafting, legal, analytical, oral communication, and writing skills related to technology licensing, and familiarity with the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Data Privacy & Compliance Attorney (Austin)
7+ years’ progressive experience in compliance, data privacy, risk management and/or auditing. And, 2+ years’ managerial and/or leadership experience. Expert knowledge of federal privacy and data protection laws and general familiarity with state data breach notification laws. Proficient knowledge of the privacy aspects of the information life cycle, data handling and asset classification, and knowledge of the role of a privacy professional in ensuring that customer data is properly managed.
