IP Licensing/ Transactional Attorney (Austin)
A critical member of the Intellectual Property Law team, we are looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of technology licensing experience. This new hire should have experience working with various engineering and business organizations in the negotiation, drafting and approval of technology-related transactions, including in particular technology in-licenses and out-licenses, and technology development agreements.
