IN-HOUSE POSITIONS IN AUSTIN:
- Assistant General Counsel supporting operations for a publicly-held company conveniently located in Central Austin. Viable candidates will have 2-5 years of legal experience and be able to draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, handle litigation-related requests, conduct due diligence for transactions, and otherwise support the day-to-day operations of the company. A litigation background would be welcomed. No prior in-house position is required. Base pay in the low $100s with a significant annual bonus and predictable hours. Reference position number 48586.
- Corporate Counsel for rapidly growing, privately-held company in West Austin. This attorney will draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and handle litigation-related tasks. The position requires at least 5 years of experience, plus extensive experience with contracts, and some litigation experience. Prior experience in the construction industry or representing such industries is highly desirable, as is international experience. Reference position number 87758.

- Estate Planning boutique firm is seeking a lateral associate with 2-5 years experience for their growing practice. This firm is well-known in the estate planning arena and offers a clear path to partnership for qualified candidates.
