There is no cost to candidates for our services. Our placement agreements are with the employers, who hire us to help them find legal talent for the opening they need to fill.
Yes. Confidentiality is key to our business and something we take seriously. Before we submit your resume to any employer, we will contact you first to describe the opportunity to you. Only when you give us the “Okay” will we send your resume to the potential employer. In addition, the employers we work with agree on the front-end to keep any resume we submit to them confidential and to not reveal the candidate’s interest to anyone outside their organization without prior consent. We stress to each employer in our initial discussions with them the importance of candidate confidentiality. For the same reason, we do not check your references without your prior approval.
