Momentum Search Partners is pleased to welcome Max Colorado as the firm’s newest Search Director, further strengthening the team’s ability to support law firms and attorneys across the Texas legal market.
Based in Dallas, Max will focus on partner and associate placements throughout Texas, with a particular emphasis on Dallas and other major legal hubs across the state. In this role, he will work closely with AmLaw firms, regional firms, and boutique practices that are strategically expanding their teams in one of the most competitive and dynamic legal markets in the country.
Max brings a combination of legal and recruiting experience to Momentum Search Partners. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced law before transitioning into legal recruiting, where he developed a strong focus on helping law firms grow strategically while advising attorneys as they evaluate important career decisions.
His recruiting work has included placements across a variety of practice areas, including Corporate and M&A, Energy and Renewables, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Litigation. This breadth of experience aligns closely with Momentum’s work supporting law firms and corporate legal departments throughout Texas.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Max works with clients and candidates across Texas and nationally while remaining deeply connected to the Dallas legal community.
