THIS ATTORNEY WILL BE BASED IN DALLAS AND WILL BE THE SOLE LEGAL SUPPORT IN THE U.S.
Responsibilities will include acquisitions, contracts, real estate, employment issues, risk management, and litigation. Suitable candidates will have at least 5 years of prior in-house experience handling these types of matters. The attorney will office in North Dallas and report to the V.P. Legal in the company headquarters in Canada. This is a great opportunity to work directly with U.S. Management and take a leadership role in the U.S. division.
