Associates will gain hands-on experience litigating and running their own I.P. infringement cases as opposed to playing only a support role.
This client is seeking an associate with top law firm credentials and 2-6 years of experience with IP litigation. Candidates must also have one of the following: an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science/engineering; extensive experience litigating technical IP cases involving computer hardware and/or software; or prior industry experience as an engineer in a technical discipline.
