IP LITIGATION ASSOCIATES– tired of being a bit player with limited responsibility? A longstanding client has engaged us to assist in adding an IP litigation associate to their team.  The client is a prominent I.P. litigation boutique in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Enjoy an entrepreneurial environment, with profit sharing and significant opportunity for advancement.  Associates will gain hands-on experience litigating and running their own I.P. infringement cases as opposed to playing only a support role.

Lots is happening in legal hiring in Dallas and Austin!

On the In-house side of things, we have a new division counsel position in Dallas with a company that’s seeking construction, litigation, and real estate expertise.  (Position #3089).   P We also have a new inhouse position for a paralegal in Dallas (Position 3084).  For this one, experience with collection litigation and/or the FDCPA is required.

Attorney hiring in Austin has startedoff strong in the New Year.  On the in-house side, we have a new opening with an Austin-based company in Central Austin that’s seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in consumer finance and/or lending issues (see position number 3038), as well as another company seeking a transactional attorney with securities and finance expertise.
